He specialises in strategy development and creating industry and subject insights.

Nicky has worked for nearly 20 years in Information Technology and as a Business Consultant at PA Consulting. Private sector clients include London 2012, Barclays Bank and Clifford Chance while her public sector experience includes The Olympic Delivery Authority, the Home Office, Local Government, Department of Health and NHS.
Sharon Langford
Sharon is a Corporate Talent Development Consultant who is passionate about people development. She has worked with organisations since 1992 to design learning solutions to release the talent of teams and individuals within. Clients include Birmingham City Council, Public Sector Providers Ltd. Centre4Learning Ltd, Keele University and Admiral Insurance Services.
Formerly HR Director of Victim Support, Roland is an expert on organisational design and development as well as all HR matters. Prior to restructuring Victim Support, he was involved in the restructures and redundancy programmes for Royal Mail, Parcelforce and the Post Office Counters network. Roland is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
Lesley Robinson
After a career with Bain & Co., KPMG, TFPL and The Financial Times, Lesley is an experienced Knowledge and Information Management Consultant with extensive experience of change programmes. She is a member of several professional bodies including the Institute of Management Consulting and the Records Management Society.
